1991 |
The history of the MIM plant started on March 21, 1991, when MIM Limited Liability Partnership was registered by the decision of the Presidium of the Leninsky District Council of People's Deputies of Tyumen. The first medical devices by the MIM plant were injection needles, including needles for blood collection and transfusion systems. |

1994 |
The plant is the first in Russia to produce disposable polymer gynecological speculums. |

1995 |
For the first time in Russia, the plant launches the production of disposable polymer 150 ml Janet syringes. This product is still the hallmark of the plant and occupies a dominant position in the Russian market of high-volume syringes. |

1999 |
MIM Limited Liability Partnership is transformed into MIM Limited Liability Company. |

2010 |
The available premises of MIM, LLC in Tyumen do not satisfy the needs of the annually expanding production rates. The construction of the plant buildings on the second production site in the Tyumen region begins. The first medical device manufactured by MIM, LLC is registered in Kazakhstan. The product delivery to wholesale companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan begins. |

2011 |
The objective of the annual development for the production of new medical devices is set. Within a year, 5 types of new medical devices for gynecology, otolaryngology, and X-ray diagnostics are launched. The range of the manufactured products consists of 28 items. |

2012 |
The Company launches its own gas sterilization shop. From a small shop, the plant has grown into a fully integrated production enterprise. The plant includes: a polymer part molding shop, an assembly and packaging shop, an advanced gas sterilization shop, a biological testing laboratory, a repair service, and storage facilities. |

2014 |
A patent for a utility model "Irrigoscopy devices" is obtained. |

2015 |
The construction of the second building of the plant at the production site in the village of Malkovo, Tyumen region, is completed. |

2016 |
The production of the syringes for syringe pumps, which are not inferior in quality to syringes made in Germany, is launched. A patent for a utility model "Wound active drainage device" is obtained. |

2019 |
The third building at the production site in the village of Malkovo, Tyumen region, is put into operation. A patent for a utility model "Inflation device (indeflator)" is obtained. |

2020 |
During the global COVID-2019 pandemic, the MIM LLC plant doesn't stop its operation for a day. All obligations of MIM LLC for the supply of medical devices, in consideration of the increased needs of healthcare facilities, are fulfilled on time. The products of MIM LLC are registered in the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic, the first deliveries to these Republics are started. |

2021 |
The medical devices manufactured by MIM are registered in Uzbekistan, their delivery to the Republic of Uzbekistan is started. The delivery of MIM products to Azerbaijan is started. For the first time in Russia, the MIM plant has mastered the fully integrated production of an endovascular surgery device – "Inflation device (indeflator)". The construction of the fourth building of the plant at the production site in the village of Malkovo, Tyumen region, is started. The range of manufactured products exceeds 120 items. The number of first-level customers exceeds 2000 |

The construction of the fourth plant building at the production site in the village of Malkovo is underway as per the schedule. The plant's production process equipment stock is being updated and expanded as planned: another state-of-the-art electric injection molding machine is purchased, new molds are purchased. The design of a new medical device is being developed. |
